Hi, I've written a localization guide for gentoo. Because I can't find any button to append them, here's a url to fetch the xsl's: http://www.ahsoftware.de/gentoo-guide-localization.tar.bz2 Regards, Alexander Holler
Created attachment 1548 [details] Name: gentoo-guide-localization.tar.bz2 attachments doesn't work without cookies.
Just as a note, the xsls in the archive are in fact xmls. They htmls should build guide-main.xsl. You can find slighter newer versions in the cvs at http://developer.berlios.de/projects/gentoo-deutsch/ Regards, Alexander
Don't know if uploading tbz works, here is a link to those xml: http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/www-xml/?cvsroot=gentoo-deutsch The files are named guide-localization-... To have a quick look at, the html-versions can be find at: http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/www-berlios/htmlfromxsl/?cvsroot=gentoo-deutsch
I will take a look @ this, and see what comes up. //ZhEN
I've got 404s on this... Is this information still valid? //ZhEN
Yes, information is valid. It seems they working on the translation. The last CVS commit is from 2 weeks with update to 1.4 guide. ZhEN, you need to contact them (or seemant). They have xsl, and almost all guides translated in german. Little tresure for us ;) If they can work for us - like a members of doc team or just to send us updates will be good.
All that I can say is wow. //ZhEN
That isn't all from me ;) A lot of people have translated all the docs. (http://www.gentoo.de/)
I don't want to contribute to gentoo.org anymore.
