Description Hubert Kowalski 2011-01-03 20:13:49 UTC
I recently hit couple of problems with brasero and xfburn not being able to burn cd @ full speed, so I wanted to give a try to nero linux (not wanting all those k3b qt dependencies). After fresh install I ran nero and to my great surprise I found that nero claims that it had already been installed! I tried to find all the causes, searched through net, but to no avail. So I uninstalled nero, removed all files that nero (or it's installation) touched and tried again and again and still the problem persists.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. DO NOT HAVE previous nero install
2. install nero
3. run

Actual Results:
Application claims that trial has ended and to buy online serial key

Expected Results:
Let the user run program for full 30 day trial.

You could still try xfburn. :)
