Requesting version bump.  Latest version in portage is 2.32.0

Please come visit us on #gentoo-desktop if you want to give a shot at gnome 3. If you are not a developer, you might want to consider that it is far from stable/usable and you are advised to stick to gnome 2.32 for as long as it takes for gnome 3 to move to the tree. Thanks.
