Change the .run file from chown xx.xx to chown xx:xx since usernames can contain
a dot in them but they cannot contain a colon.

the chown is inside the run script so perhaps we should just export the POSIX version rather than trying to sed/patch

Patch for 5336

This patch has to be applied to the .run script itself, but it will fix the
chown problems and md5 / crc checking inside the actual script itself... 

Point is it is possible to patch the files to work properly, but perhaps we
should bug nvidia to fix this problem in their releases and not modify the
actual source repository we are extracting from... 

POSIX modification probably is the way to go for all releases not fixed by
nvidia.

Oppinions?

I dropped nvidia a email yesterday, got a reply back today saying that future releases will fix this issue...
