I found several QA issues in the libextractor ebuilds.

RDEPEND is empty.
The dependencies are wrong. Some are missing and some are automagic deps. That is IMHO the most important issue.
"elibtoolize" (if still necessary) could be moved into src_prepare().
econf needs no "|| die".
exiv2 and glib support seems to be optional, why do we force it?
SRC_URI should be "mirror://gnu/${PN}/${P}.tar.gz"

btw. 0.6.2 is out, bug 269050.

Should be fixed in 0.6.2.
