The trailers in the link you posted are working fine here with gecko-mediaplayer-1.0.0 (see bug 346187) so 0.9.9.2 is not intresting (or supported) anymore.

If it still fails with 1.0.0, please report it upstream at:

http://code.google.com/p/gecko-mediaplayer/

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. 1.0.0 is masked on my system.
emerge =gecko-mediaplayer-1.0.0
Calculating dependencies... done!

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "=gecko-mediaplayer-1.0.0" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- www-plugins/gecko-mediaplayer-1.0.0 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)

What can I do to install on my system?# uname -a
Linux azzerare 2.6.34-gentoo-r11 #7 SMP Sat Dec 4 02:34:57 Local time zone must be set--see zic m x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3400+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux

These 2 lines to /etc/portage/package.keywords

<media-video/gnome-mplayer-9999
<www-plugins/gecko-mediaplayer-9999

And

# emerge -av gecko-mediaplayer

You should see a upgrade. Reopen this bug if the problem stays after upgrade.
