Looks like nothing needs this anymore in the tree
Agree this package can probably be treecleaned, but this particular bug is easy enough to fix by dropping the one affected version: commit af01759bdb01689e440e91273e0254307153b78b Author: Michael Orlitzky <mjo@gentoo.org> Date: Sun Jul 31 10:26:22 2016 -0400 sys-libs/rvm: new revision rvm-1.17-r1 and remove an old version. The new revision updates the ebuild to EAPI=6, and lets us remove the src_install() function; the default now suffices. The old version v1.16 was removed because it had an incorrect dependency on sys-libs/lwp.
