Please keyword and stabilize =dev-ruby/rubygems 1.3.7 ASAP, since the stable tree is currently broken for you. Any stable package using the new ruby-ng or ruby-fakegem eclasses cannot satisfy a rubygems dependency. As far as I can tell this problem was already present in the tree, but it has now become obvious to repoman because I removed the intermediate virtual/rubygems package. My suggestion would be to mark =dev-ruby/rubygems-1.3.7 straight to stable. rubygems only contains ruby code and you have other versions already keyworded so I don't expect platform-specific issues here.
