Doing a search on packages.gentoo.org to get details of a packages is so slow I
frequently never get a request to complete. I'm using mozilla for my browser.
Same response from IE in windows.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto packages.gentoo.org
2. search for "gentoo-sources" in the upper right search box
3. click "search" button.

Actual Results:  
I get a partially sent webpage that includes everything except relavent info. My
browser is sitting waiting for more data from the packagaes.gentoo.org server.

Expected Results:  
I would home to get a response. Even if I have to wait 30 seconds. But I seem to
rarely get a page to completly load ever.
