MIME-Base64-2.20.tar.gz no longer exists on the cpan tree. It's been replace by 2.21.
Installs fine with just a version bump on the ebuild (x86). XMLTV and MythTV ebuilds are broken until this gets fixed.

Mime-base64-3 is in portage. This is fixed (by proxy)
