guile-gtk won't build, depending on what version of guile is installed:

If both guile-1.4.1 and guile-1.6.4-r1:
error:

creating Makefile
creating gtk/config.scm
creating config.h
guile -l ./gtk/config.scm -s ./build-guile-gtk -I . glue gdk-1.2.defs >tmpd && mv tmpd gdk-glue.c
guile -l ./gtk/config.scm -s ./build-guile-gtk -I . glue gtk-1.2.defs >tmpt && mv tmpt gtk-glue.c
ERROR: Unbound variable: include-deprecated-features
make: *** [gdk-glue.c] Error 2
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

If only guile-1.4.1 is installed:
no error

If only guile-1.6.4-r1 is installed:
This can't happen, because guile-gtk depends guile-1.4.1

i can't confirm this. guile-gtk seems to work on with and without guile-1.4.x.

i'm testing with guile-gtk-1.2.0.31 and guile-1.6.7.
