Description Markos Chandras (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-12-18 23:39:26 UTC
Hi

As I am the openbox maintainer I would like to have direct access to the openbox guide. Can you please move the document to proj/en/desktop/wm? It makes more sense anyway

Thank you!

Not from my perspective. The GDP maintains the desktop documentation in /doc/en/, which includes the DE and WM guides. The only exception is the KDE install doc, but that's the result of a hissy fit an old lead threw shortly before leaving.

Patches are welcome for the guide, and I'm very quick to respond to anything the co-maintainer of the guide (nathanzachary) has asked for. Usually an hour to 1 day turnaround.

I didn't know about this policy

I know you are. I was just thinking it would be easier to update the doc myself instead of poking you directly every now and then

Thats fine. Thank you!

We don't mind being poked. That's what we're here for. :)

No, really. You can poke me. All you want. Poke me. POKE ME.
