root-5.28 is out, so the docs are. Please bump. Ebuild rename is enough.

The SVN tag for this version is v5-28-00.

Bumped. BUT: this will be probably the last time. 

Tar ball of 1.1G is bloating the mirrors and should be really be generated during the root install for interested users only. Furthermore it would reflects more what was installed on that particular machine.
