This file links to the 1.0 Cairo dependency, not the 2.0 as I guess it should:

prefix=${pcfiledir}/../..
exec_prefix=${pcfiledir}/../..
libdir=${prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include

Name: Mono.Cairo
Description: Cairo bindings for Mono
Version: 2.6.7
Libs: -r:${prefix}/lib/mono/1.0/Mono.Cairo.dll

This causes bugs such as:

This is fixed in 2.8 by mono upstream (we weren't modifying pc file in mono-2.6 anyway)
