arch is no longer maintained (according to website) and should not be used.  I think dev-util/arch should be masked.
dev-util/larch and dev-util/arch-landry are already masked.

I think it would be best if these 3 are removed from portage all together.  Or at least larch and arch.

Masked arch in favor of tla... I will slowly remove this from the portage tree.
