Stabilize app-crypt/gnupg-1.4.11.
Why? A higher version in SLOT="0" is stable.
Upstream's opinion is that both series are still valid, with the old gnupg1 being primarily for server usage. Please stabilize.

Fixed in 1.4.11. Did not revbump as the changes will not affect current installations and it's still in ~. Should be ok to go ahead with the stabilization. I will take care of x86 in the very near future unless someone beats me to it. Thanks for the report.
