in src_configure(), the option to  --disable-quiet-build causes the build to break.  Please remove this line as it allows the package to install properly.

Thanks for the report, but I am thinking about simply dropping all *9999*
versions maintained by dotnet since I don't have time for even installing and
testing them, and I doubt any maintainer is taking care of them :-/
