Starting with the release of 2.8, the make/make install create mod-mono-server, mod-mono-server2, as well as mod-mono-server4. I've built without this patch and all mod-mono-server executables work as expected. Reproducible: Always
Thanks for the report, but I am thinking about simply dropping all *9999* versions maintained by dotnet since I don't have time for even installing and testing them, and I doubt any maintainer is taking care of them :-/
