When I try to emerge jpeg-mmx on an amd64 system the build fails.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86" emerge  jpeg-mmx

that ebuild is SPECIFICALLY MARKED -amd64
