Failure, same as referenced bug:

aclocal: macro `_LT_DECL_SED' required but not defined
aclocal: macro `_LT_FUNC_STRIPNAME_CNF' required but not defined

Can be rectified by specifying "WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.9" in ebuild.
Other versions of automake seem to fail (1.6, 1.7, 1.8 and 1.11).

Fixed ad interim by using 1.9… but we really should get this to work with 1.10+ in the future, or decide to kill it.
