Description armand hortolomei 2003-11-29 09:17:48 UTC
the ebuild successfully compiled on my machine.
but when running the binary i get:

bash-2.05b$ netpanzer
couldn't read game configuration: no such path 'config/netpanzer.xml'
Received signal SIGSEGV(11)
aborting and trying to shutdown.
Segmentation fault

as far as i can see, there is no such file as netpanzer.xml on my system anywhere
neither do i know where that config path has to be. in my home dir?
Comment 1 Matze Braun 2003-11-29 10:45:49 UTC
Well the missing config file is no problem by itself, the game should create a new one if no user config exists yet.
Well I'm seeing above that this bug is assigned to Gentoo/PPC. Is it correct that you're running on a big endian box? netpanzer unfortunately is not endian safe yet. However I wonder how you've been able to even compile the thing, the there is not PPC keyword set in the ebuild...
