app-misc/gdircmp cannot be rebuilt with sys-devel/autoconf-2.68

Sorry for the noise. I've just noticed that it's from my own local
overlay and I don't remember where I'ge got it from.

Anyway, I'd appreciate a helpful hand for fixing these autoconf problems.
Unfortunately, the autotools are one of the dead spots for me.
