After upgrading to baselayout-1.8.6.12-r2 I've observed I can't su to root. I'm
worried an etc-update most have had an ill effect on a few of my configuration
files. But I don't know which one.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge baselayout-1.8.6.12-r2
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
[10:01 AM goldenmyst(goldenmyst)]$ su
Password:
su: Permission denied
Sorry.
[10:06 AM goldenmyst(goldenmyst)]$


Expected Results:  
I expected to switch to super user.

Ah, kindly ignore the above post. etc-update changed my users group settings. After adding my user to wheel everything works well again.
