I just tried app-misc/task-1.9.3 and noticed that the sample config file generated by task in ~/.taskrc expects theme files to be in
/usr/local/share/doc/task/rc/

In fact, they are in /usr/share/doc/task-1.9.3/rc/

Having the version in the path means that users have to fix their .taskrc after every software update. Not all gentoo packages appear to follow the same policy wrt to theme files, but e.g. /usr/share/task/ would be an improvement over the current location.
