Do i still need to keep +udev USE to automount volume on gnome with ntfs-3g ?

Works for me on amd64.  However, I specified -external-fuse -hal +udev, and although it emerged fine, it failed to work because I didn't have CONFIG_FUSE_FS set in my kernel.  Once I set that to m, compiled and installed the fuse module, everything seems to work fine.
