jReality is a Java based, open-source, full-featured 3D scene graph package designed for 3D visualization and specialized in mathematical visualization. 

It would be really good to have an ebuild for it.  I failed doing it myself as I am not very experienced how to resolve dependencies.  These days many java projects tend to just ship precompilded jars of their deps.  

Most notably jreality depends on jogl ( bug #143019 )

Having an ebuild for jreality would probably allow to revive visualization in sci-mathematics/polymake
