I really like what your doing here. You guys have taught me a lot about the choices we make. Keep it up and my favourite movie is The Matrix trilogy. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. I was able to boot to the commandline but I didn't install a network driver so I couldn't merge any packages. 2. I didn't know the command 'showdown now' so I held the power button down on my laptop until my computer turned off. 3. I installed Genteel with the hard drive removed and the first time I booted to the commandeer. But then the second time inside the hard drive was and therefore I got some kind of a crazy fucking error after Grub which thinking about had I been make me to understand that my four jigobyte sand worm cruiser problementaly had been mounted as /dev/sdb instead of /dev/sda which the Documentation had instructed very specifically to do. Actual Results: I haven't tried to reproduce the problem yet because I wanted to take some time off to be able to come back with a fresh mind and new outlook on life in general. However, hopefully the next time I won't reproduce the problem becuase I will have discovereded that I myself, the User, had the problem and the Developers. Expected Results: My expected results if I'm more successful is to have better User / Developer relations. What should I have done instead?
Unlocking bug. Old Summary was: The first time I tried to install Gentoo Linux on my x86 system, I made it to the command line but then I felt like trying out some of my other ideas using a differnt Linux distribution. And I came to the realization that I hadn't prepared enought before making an attempt. Well, I have been reading the Gentoo Linux Documentation a lot and the reccomded links insdie of it. I will be making another attempt soon.
Nothing for us to do here.
