Description BT 2010-11-18 10:26:57 UTC
distcc-3.1-r4 contains an undefined DISTCC_DIR variable in pkg_postinst() (lines 150 and 154) which results in an empty value being printed:

 * To use the distccmon programs with Gentoo you should use this command:
 * # DISTCC_DIR="" distccmon-text 5

It should be set to '/var/tmp/portage/.distcc' just like it is in distcc-2.18.3-r10. Without this value a user might not know how to monitor Portage's distcc usage.

Any news on that?
