Description Dmitri Bogomolov 2010-11-17 21:22:28 UTC
Maybe I'm mistaken, but "capabilities" is a Linux-specific feature. Everywhere "caps" use-flag used there is a statement like "caps? ( sys-libs/libcap )". sys-libs/libcap is masked on x86-fbsd.

Reproducible: Always

well, caps is use.masked, which is stronger than default disabling it :)
