Stable version 3.31 is no longer available. Pls stabilize 3.33.

Please post your `emerge --info' to confirm you have no GENTOO_MIRRORS set. Go on to explain why you have no GENTOO_MIRRORS set (this would solve the problem you are reporting - having 3.33 stable is quite another thing to ask for).

Sorry for bother, yesterday my local gentoo mirror was down.

emerge --info isn't telling why it only tried two official mirrors, and skipped Gentoo's mirrors, which certainly are mirrorring this file.

3.31 is the version provided by perl-5.12.3 and their were no important changes in 3.33. So let's wait with stabilizing a newer version.
