Description Jaime Lopez 2003-11-27 07:05:33 UTC
When emerging (-u) openldap, configure suddenly stops when looking for slp. Is
there a dependency missing?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.(uninstall slp) emerge -C openslp
2.(install/update ldap) emerge -u openldap

Actual Results:
openldap does not merge

Expected Results:
# emerge -u openldap

( ... emerging openslp ... )
( ... emerging xyz more deps ... )
( ... emerging openldap ... )

# emerge info

nope, the openslp dep is there, and I can't reproduce your problem.
please include the 'emerge -up openldap' when openslp is not installed so I can see the deptree.

no response, closing old bugs.
