Homepage is now a "parking" page with no content.

Which means that SRC_URI is also invalid.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to homepage

Or, do something like:

1.  cd /usr/portage/media-sound/last-exit
2.  GENTOO_MIRRORS="" ebuild last-exit-6-r1.ebuild unpack
3.  watch it fail to download the package

that's why we have it mirrored so SRC_URI can be invalid, and still work

Removed the false HOMEPAGE
