The manpage and the html documentation (index and pstoedit).htm are missing.

patch for the mentioned problems

1) removed -pedantic because of compilation errors with latest gcc
2) added sed dependency because of 1)
3) removed another redundant gpl2 copy on the system
4) added html docs and manpage to installation

Btw, I think a local USE flag for libemf would be nice.

Docs have been added, the libEMF compilation issue is being looked at on bug #39575.
