Or remove the file from your DISTDIR and retry - it looks like it might have been a failed download.

(In reply to comment #3) I did this and it not helped. The same effect. (In reply to comment #1) You were right. I've changed the mirror to ftp://ftp.wh2.tu-dresden.de/pub/mirrors/gentoo and it works with it. So the problem is with the original mirror. Sorry for this, I might invent this earlier.
