Trying to upgrade to 1.4.7 (released today on otherwise stable ppc32) from 1.4.6 previously working perfectly. Failed on link error: undefined reference to `ldns_get_random' Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. have net-dns/unbound ** in /etc/portage/package.keyword in ppc32 on otherwise stable system 2. normal emerge -vauDN world 3. fails on trying today's update to unbound (bad since I really NEED it) Actual Results: No to 1.4.7 unbound on my ppc32 router. Which version of net-libs/ldns is installed?

With a little more experimenting, I found ppc32 compiled on an Mac G3 with net-libs/idns-1.6.7. I'll try the same on the Mac G4, with 1.6.4 (as reported above). Thanks for the tip. /Mike
Upgrading to net-libs/ldns-1.6.7 solved the link error (perhaps this should be required in the ebuild?) In any case, perhaps it's worth considering un-hard masking unbound and ldns on ppc32? Thanks again!
