2.8.0 (final) was released in November, 2010. http://www.bibletime.info/ http://www.crosswire.org/pipermail/bt-devel/2010-November/010600.html http://sourceforge.net/projects/bibletime/files/BibleTime%202/ http://gitorious.org/bibletime/bibletime/commits/stable-2.8
Created attachment 259139 [details] app-text/bibletime/bibletime-2.8.0.ebuild Upstream are a pain with how they keep renaming the source file. This time they added spaces! Joy!. That aside, here is a WorksForMe™ of 2.8.0 However, I have noted one bug, and thats updating the sources in bookshelf manager causes a segv :(
Tested, the same ebuild works for 2.7.3 as well, but the same segv occurs.
2.9_rc1 released, just rename the ebuild; compiles fine even with clucene-2.x, no segfaults so far... Could someone please finally update the bibletime ebuild in portage (and while you are on it, please fix the sword-1.6.2 ebuild too, as per bug #378055)
bibletime 2.8.2 (stable) is out (as well as the 2.9_rc1 that JR noted). Could you (Jesse/OP, or anyone with title-change privs) change the title accordingly? It should help prevent dup bugs and make finding info on the latest version status easier. Thanks. (I had renamed the proposed 2.8.0 ebuild to 2.8.1 in my own overlay and had that merged, but just had a problem rebuilding it with revdep-rebuild, so will now try JR's 2.9_rc1 suggestion after rediscovering this bug when looking for clues on why the rebuild might have failed. =:^)
bibletime 2.9.1 stable please add ebuild from bibletime overlay and remove buggy old ebuilds..
