Newsbeuter 2.3 has been in the tree for a little over a month. In this time I have used it without any issue on my stable x86 machine. There have been no bugs reported against it. (Also, there are various improvements in its RSS parsing, so it's rather more pleasant to use than version 2.0.)

Therefore I think we should move to stabilise it.

Since I added newsbeuter-2.3 to the tree I'll ack the request.
