/usr/bin/fop is produced by both package.  Patch to fix e-build is attached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-java/fop
2. emerge sci-biology/codonw (from science overlay)
3.

The reason seems to be to allow the executable to behave differently based on the name with which it is called.  I do not know why the authors thought this was a better idea than command-line arguments.  I have never used the "fop" version of this command, so I don't terribly care if using it this way breaks some behavior.  I do care about things that depend on dev-java/fop. YMMV.
