Since version 1.24 is out since November 2008 I think we can mark it stable.
Especially as it fixes some errors and 1.23 is not available on any mirror anymore



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-perl/MP3-Info
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Fails to emerge since not available on any mirror anymore.

Expected Results:  
Emerge of any MP3-Info version

v1.23 is not even available in CPAN anymore.

(BTW: 1.23 *is* available on gentoo mirrors)

Yeah - 1.23 is available on the gentoo mirrors - unfortunately my mirror list was outdated ;) -- nevertheless 1.23 is not available from upstream, so I still vote for stabilization.

Tested it here on amd64.
