dev-libs/ffcall-1.10 creates broken links to  la-files:

# ls -l /usr/lib64/libavcall.la
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 Jan  7  2009 /usr/lib64/libavcall.la -> ../libavcall.la
# ls -l /usr/lib64/libcallback.la
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 Nov  3 16:14 /usr/lib64/libcallback.la -> ../libcallback.la
# qfile /usr/lib64/libavcall.la
dev-libs/ffcall (/usr/lib64/libavcall.la)
# qfile /usr/lib64/libcallback.la
dev-libs/ffcall (/usr/lib64/libcallback.la)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =dev-libs/ffcall-1.10




Expected Results:  
/usr/lib64/lib{avcall,callback}.la must be removed from installing or must be created real la-files instead of broken symlinks

.la files are dropped in -r4
