I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to report this issue so please feel free to direct me to the proper place. For several weeks I've been unable to reach bugs.gentoo.org from home, subnet 85.226.58.0/23. I have no problem reaching it from the subnet used at work. Before taking this challenge to my local ISP support, I thought I'd first try to rule out that this subnet (and maybe others) isn't blocked on some server side firewall. Is there anyone here that can look into this? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Actual Results: tcpdump shows no replies from bugs.gentoo.org neither from TCP SYN packets nor ICMP echo requests.
There are some others with the same problem. We're already aware of this issue and we also contacted our ISP. We'll keep you up2date as soon as we have more information. For now, as workaround, you should use a proxy or tunnel.
Can you please give us a traceroute to bugs.gentoo.org as well?

Just wanted to let you know I can access bugs.gentoo.org again as of today. A traceroute now shows new router names after the failing point so something was corrected. Feel free to close the bug.
the sponsor with those boxes has been having issues w/ DDoS, and is blocking some inbound IP ranges when it happens. Hopefully whomever is doing the DDoS goes away soon.
