As 'dev-tex/biblatex' requires the logreq package, I've created an ebuild for it.
As logreq is provided through CTAN, there's no versionized archive available for download, which means, the versionized archive needs to be provided through the Gentoo mirrors.

Attached will be an ebuild for the current version 1.0 of dev-tex/logreq-1.0 and a zip archive containing all files of logreq-1.0.
