A new version (1.4) of ekg (a text-mode client for a Polish IM system) has been released. Attached is an updated ebuild which now includes support for shared libgadu (as suggested in bug #34257) and for Python.

spock -- question is this -- are the ncurses and readline ui's incompatible with each other or can you enable both/neither?

michal let me know about that ncurses/readline thing.  Can we compile it without any ui at all?

a new version of the ekg-1.4 ebuild

The new version adds support for use of both ncurses and readline (with ncurses
as the default setting) and for use of no UI (if neither ncurses nor readline
USE flags are set).
