a) it shouldn't install a .la file; repeat after me: "PAM does not use .la files, and if you install a .la file for a PAM module you're making me sad";
b) most definitely pam_fprintd should not be used for non-interactive logins (which is what system-auth does)
c) sufficient is NOT a good idea to suggest.

If you wish to point users to upstream documentation on how to use it with PAM feel free, but this situation is _broken_.

Anny suggestions on how to use it correctly with Gentoo and KDE for example?
