Hi.

We've run a rsync mirror of gentoo-portage for the past month and all seems 
stable enough to go public. We're currently mirroring from rsync2.de.gentoo.org.

Current "url" for the rsync-mirror is " rsync://mirror2.dataphone.se/gentoo-
portage ".

Please confirm that you are running rsync >= 2.5.7.

I've added 212.37.1.30 to the access list for rsync1.us.gentoo.org.
You should be able to sync with rsync1.us withing 30 minutes.  Please
update your rsync cron jobs to point to rsync1.us.gentoo.org and post
back here when you've done so.  I'll monitor the server for a couple
days to make sure things are working fine.

We're running rsync 2.5.7.

I've updated the rsync job to it now uses rsync1.us.gentoo.org insted of rsync2.

I've added the mirror as rsync5.se.gentoo.org.

Within the next couple of days (we've made some changes), I'll sign
you up to our low-volume mirrors mailing list.
