It is here, what kde-base/oxygen-icons version do you have installed? I suppose it's 4.4.5 as here in 4.5.* debug icon doesn't look at all like the one you described. Either way kdevelop icon set is not complete anyway, so I don't think it's a matter really worth reporting, honestly.

Well, it's certainly worth reporting upstream :) (on the other hand kdevelop devs are well aware of missing icons)
Do you still have this problem with kdevelop-4.2?
Since I'm running stable, and therefore still using KDE 4.4, I can't test this bug until KDE 4.6 goes stable. Will let you know then, cheers.
