This problem seems trivial. @php can you commit a fix and make the ebuild die on failed tests. (emake test || die)

# cat negative_memory_limit.log

---- EXPECTED OUTPUT
ALERT - script tried to increase memory_limit to %d bytes which is above the allowed value (attacker 'REMOTE_ADDR not set', file '%s', line 2)

---- ACTUAL OUTPUT
ALERT - script tried to disable memory_limit by setting it to a negative value -200000 bytes which is not allowed (attacker 'REMOTE_ADDR not set', file '/var/tmp/portage/dev-php5/suhosin-0.9.32.1/work/suhosin-0.9.32.1/tests/executor/negative_memory_limit.php', line 2)
