Since we have not received any answer...

Removed ftp.romnet.org, as well as removed rsync3.ro.gentoo.org from ACLs, removed from DNS. Thanks for the hardware and bandwidth donation, your services helped many Gentoo Users. (You have no more obligation to monitor the gentoo-mirrors mailing list.)
