Description Sergey S. Starikoff 2010-10-26 08:21:12 UTC
GNOME Office spreadsheet application gnumeric displays in recently opened files list (last strings of 'File' menu) recently opened (even not in GNOME Office text processor AbiWord but in OpenOffice Writer) files in unsupported .odt (Open Document Text) format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open in gnumeric some spreadsheet (native .gnumeric format or Micro$oft .xls).
2. Open in OO Writer some .odt and .rtf files.
3. Restart gnumeric.
Actual Results:
See in the list of last opened files in gnumeric last opened odt, but not rtf files.

Expected Results:
See only supported (spreadsheet or compatible) files in recently opened list.

It's the normal behavior:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=444362#c1

But gnumeric should be able to open that file, then, please retry with gnumeric-1.10.12 x11-libs/goffice-0.8.12

If still valid, please attach a file to test. Thanks
