M. Rudolf has released a new beta-release of knowit. In an email to me, he stated that beta2 is at least as stable as stable knowit-0.8 (the current stable build in Gentoo). The current beta3 should even improve on it. I have used beta3 for several weeks without problems and thus can recommend it.. .
